How do I change my user name?

You can change your user name at any time. The process is slightly different, depending on the type of account you have.

You will need to update any existing links to storyboards made under the old user name.

Individual Edition (Free and Paid)

  1. Click My Settings

  2. Click Change User Name

  3. Enter the new name in the field for "New User Name"

  4. Enter your password

  5. Click Update User Name

 

Education Edition

  1. From the teacher dashboard, click Change My Name under Account Settings.

  2. Enter the new name in the field for "Change User Name"

  3. Enter your password.

  4. Click Update User Name

 

Business Edition

  1. From the dashboard, click Change My Name under Account Settings.

  2. Enter the new name in the field for "New User Name"

  3. Enter your password

  4. Click Update User Name
